This pitcher is typical of the repousse style which would become famous staples of Northeast silversmiths, particularly the Kirk and Stieff companies in Baltimore. Stamped Theodore B. Starr Sterling to bottom, with monogram, date, star and 76 marks. Pitcher has a dent to the lower right side of the body. Approximate total weight is 795 grams.
