Description A Chinese wucai gu vase dating to the 19th century. The main band of the vase is decorated with dragons and lotus tracery in a stylized quatrefoil. The bottom of the vase has a six-character mark. Dimensions are: 4 1/2 in. tall X 2 3/4 in. wide; 11.4 cm tall X 7 cm wide. All measurements are approximate
Provenance From Mrs. Przecha in Southern California. Her late step father was a military doctor and was stationed in Tianjin in the 1920s, these items were acquired during the his stay in Tianjing.
