Description A Chinese rectangular porcelain planter dating to the Republic period with a carved wooden stand. The planter features a pair of 5-clawed dragons chasing a flaming pearl among ruyi clouds above a wave motif. The rim has a Greek key motif and the lip shows 4 blue flowers. The bottom of the planter has a 6-character mark. The stand is carved with dragons and ruyi. Dimensions are: 3 1/4 in. tall X 9 1/4 in. wide; 8.3 cm tall X 23.5 cm wide.
