18th century, wooden box with mother-of-pearl inlay in shaped registers along the sides of the cover and around the large central scene, cover lifts up to reveal tray with divided sections, tray lifts up to reveal open area below.

Condition Report Extensive losses to Mother-of-Pearl inlay on cover, some of it remains inside the box; wood on box is warped; some separation to wood on interior; metal fitting around edges is loose.
