Chinese Gilt Bronze Sino-Tibetan Tantric Buddha Figure of Mahakala. Having a wrathful appearance pig head with wide broad ears entwined beneath the flame like hair before the crown of five dry skulls. The figure is stand at Chapastana position upon a oval lotus pedestal, the left leg carrying the weight with bended knee symbolized the bow; the other leg pulled up against the body, symbolized the arrow. Adorned with many attractive jewels, and silks. Right hand raised above the ear holding Crescent knife with vajra hilt, while the left arm raised to chest high, holding a bowl.
The deity wears jewelry, bone necklace, including the elongated necklace of fresh heads. His beard and hair painted in reddish brown.

Mark on upper front pedestal, seven protruding script -KaiShu- characters enclosed within rectangular frame border, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
