Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, Qianlong Blue and White double phoenix wrapped floral motif porcelain High Bowl. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, of a shallow vessel, broad wide cavetto, with a slight flaring opening lip, raised on a small round enlarge toward and tall cylindrical foot rim deep concave foot base. All reserved in clean white underglaze base color which contrast against the cobalt fine blue color. Blue and white porcelain in Chinese it is called Qing Hua Ci. It is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. It was originated in the Yuan Dynasty. Its color does not easily fade and durability is longer. It used cobaltous oxide as the colorant. Patterns were directly painted onto the inner body and burnt after glaze was applied on it. The main body exterior decorated with flying phoenix among scrolling tendril and flowers blooms, enclosed with double fine blue ring lines on the upper mouth rim. The foot rim festooned with flowers blooms interspersed with scrolling tendril, and banded with double fine blue rings. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
