Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, Qianlong Ge ware double ears porcelain censer. The Porcelain potted in calabash shape, four part, ovoid belly, shoulder tapering toward flaring opening mouth rim, emerging u-shape flanked on the upper mouth rim, create sturdy handles, raised with short four elephant legs. All reserved in GE type. The immaculate bulbous celestial vase porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze with various striations throughout the finish. Distinctive Ge crackled glaze also known as jinsitiexian which translates to mean gold floss and iron thread which details the look of the lines that appear in the crackled surface. The color is balanced, elegant and exquisite. The glaze terminates just before the end of the base revealing a dark charred clay. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
