UNIVERSAL GENèVE - a gentleman's Compax chronograph wrist watch. Yellow metal case, stamped 18K 0,750. Numbered 12543 828351. Signed manual wind calibre 287. Champagne dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine. Fitted to an unsigned black lizard strap with gold plated pin buckle. 36mm. Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but the hour counter has not been tested due to time constraints. Seconds hand does not reset to zero and will require attention. Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks and damage to the enamel. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Hands are slightly bent and hour counters hand is missing.Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Rear of case does not fully seal, black visible scratch and tarnish on top right edge of bezel, minor dints on left edge of case, dints on both edges of case between lugs and welding mark on top left lugCrown has scratches and marks. Strap shows marks and creasing. Buckle shows noticeable marks and scratches.
