Description A Pair of 19th Century French Japonsime Jardinieres. Each having a flared mouth that tapers down to a squat paneled body, ending on a square base. Decorated overall in a brown glaze with painted bird, berry, floral, and leaf motifs in pink, greens, blues, and yellow with applied Cicada form handles at either side. Marked "B.la.R" at the underside. Some crazing and small losses to the glaze. 13 5/8 x 12 x 12" high. ESTIMATE $600-800
