Description An Egyptian Revival Era Zsolnay Eosin Glazed Pottery Vase. Cylindrical Vase stylized with lustre glaze in gold, dark reddish brown, and hints of green forming registers with geometric and stylized floral motifs all in the Egyptian Revival aesthetic, c. 1918. Marked at the underside with Five churches and "ZSOLNAY PECS" within a dotted circle with "MADE IN HUNGARY" below. Crazing, old and touched up flake at the rim, three small imperfections to the glaze evident at the interior. 7" high. ESTIMATE $600-800 Purchased from the Lillian Nassau Gallery, New York.
