Description Meissen (German, founded 1710) porcelain. Featuring a cupid knocking on a heart, designed by Heinrich Schwabe and cupid cooking a hard heart soft, designed by August Ringler. Both are stamped with the Meissen mark and model number on the base. The cupid knocking on a heart is additionally marked '31' and '85' on the base; the cupid cooking a heart is additionally marked '38 and '101' on the base. Dimensions: 6 1/2 inches tall X 4 1/8 inches wide; 16.5 cm tall X 10.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition Report Some restoration to wings on cooking figure. The other has scattered chips to the flowers.
