Description A pair of Chinese porcelain ginger jars with lids, dating from the late 19th century. The jars have a coral ground with gold decoration including flowers in vases, lotuses, and Shou medallions. Both have wooden stands. Dimensions: 11 1/2 inches tall X 8 inches diameter; 29.2 cm tall X 20.3 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition Report One has two chips to the lid and a crack in the rim. The other has a chip and a crack in the rim.
Provenance From Mrs. Freeman in Phoenix, Arizona, a family heirloom.
