1821 Money Letter from Galway to Dublin. This lot comprises an 1821 money letter from Galway to Dublin which enclosed "half banknotes for thirty one pounds ten shllings. When I hear from you I will send the corresponding halves which will be payment for the hogshead of white Cape Madeira wine I got from you". The half bank notes are no longer there. There is a Galway 103 mileage mark on the front.
