Description A French ormolu-mounted mahogany, satine, and Chinese coromandel lacquer cabinet by Fernand Kohl, Paris, circa 1880. Surmounted by a rectangular marble top, opening with two doors to an interior fitted with one shelf, and mirrored glass, above a frieze drawer with a push release button, on square tapering legs and toupie feet joined by an under-tier, the back stamped Fernand Kohl/ 55 rue traversiD?_DμD?re/ PARIS. Fernand Kohl, situated at 55 Rue Traversiere in Paris, exhibited in the Paris Exhibition Universelle of 1889 where he obtained a bronze medal.
