Description A set of 10 miniature Chinese Export-style rice paper paintings dating from the 19th century. The paintings depict scenes of daily life: prayer at a family shrine, bringing in harvest, hauling water, and so forth. All are mounted in a single frame. Dimensions are: largest paintings- 3 inches squared; 7.6 cm squared. Frame- 26 1/2 inches tall X 19 1/2 inches wide; 67.3 cm tall X 49.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition Report Buckling of the rice paper. Surface wear to frame, especially at corners.
