Description A Chinese agate snuff bottle dating from the 18th century. The snuff bottle has a carving of a fisherman beneath a pine tree with lion heads holding engaged rings at the shoulders. It has a jadeite stopper, spoon, and a wooden stand. Dimensions are: 3 inches tall X 2 inches wide, 7.6 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Provenance From Mr. Kung in Vancouver, Canada, inherited from his father, who acquired this item in Hong Kong and had it shipped to Canada before the 1970s. Lots 194-198 from our auction on Sept 6th, 2019 were from the same estate.
