(15) Ancient Egyptian amulets, ex-museum, Possibly c. 1000 BC, incl. faience, clay, ceramic, and a Coptic wood carving, examples of Eye of Horus, Djed pillars, etc., most with accession numbers, 3.5"h x 0.5"w (largest), 0.5"h x 0.25"w (smallest)Provenance: Deaccessioned works benefiting the Newark Museum; one purchased by the Museum in 1929, several gifts to the museum in 1924, and one gifted in 1967Condition: Fair, some are fragments, some with chips, glaze loss, expected wear **Condition reports are rendered as specialist opinion by the staff of the Auction House and not as statements of fact.
