A Chinese famille rose-decorated enameled "Lotus" bowl
Guangxu mark and of the period
Exterior decorated with a continuous band of multi-coloured flowering lotus plants rising from a border of cresting waves above the foot, encircled by a narrow key-fret band, interior painted in underglaze blue with a large lotus flower from which issues four large lotus leaves in the central medallion below a wide band of lotus scroll with similar leaves in the well.
