Of compressed globular form raised on three short conical feet, with wide everted mouth rim, decorated in shades of underglaze blue, the body decorated with a continuous scene of the Daoist Immortals (baxian) and Shou Lao, the God of Longevity. The immortals depicted are: He Xiangu with her fly whisk, Cao Guo Qiu holding castanets, Lan Caihe with their flower basket, Li Tieguai with his magical gourd, and two more; the short waisted neck with beribboned auspicious symbols such as artemisia leaf, clouds, and chimes, the base unglazed around a central glazed roundel.
