A Japanese Seto Ware Dish with Gold Repair – 19th Century. Coated in a finely-crackled cream glaze and decorated with brushed pale and dark brown glazes, the pattern featuring a house in a landscape. Kintsugi (gold lacquer) repairs to the rim. Diameter 18.75cm (7.25 inches). Meiji period (1868 - 1912).
