EGG-SHAPED TABACCO BOTTLE
China, 20th century
It has a stretched ovoid shape and a flattened shape, with moulded handles with dragon heads on the shoulder. In porcelain, it is decorated with a palette of polychrome enamels in the style of the "rose family" from the legend of Liu Hai and the three-legged toad. Below, in iron red, is the JU REN TANG mark, whose first occurrences date back to the Yuan Shikai / Hongxian period. Cap and spatula of gilded copper with jadeite cabochon.
