Monumental French carved walnut architectural bookcase, 19th century, having a broken pediment centering a monogrammed cabochon topped with an urn finial and flanked by conforming urn finials, above a band of dentil molding and an entablature with molded panels and carved rosettes, surmounting a case having four arched glass doors opening to interior shelves, fronted by fluted columnar supports with Corinthian capitals, and flanked by fluted pilasters, resting on a base with four drawers above four carved panel doors opening to interior shelves, the whole rising on a shaped plinth and compressed bun feet, 112"h x 99"w x 27"d.
