In the middle bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara Chaturbhuja with mala and lotus in hands, to his left Vajrapani and to his right bodhisattva Manjushri, sitted on thrones with toranas. To their sides two lamas or devotees(?). Between them vegetative volutes. Frame decorated with gilded waves motive. Left short side with ornament and stupa. Tibet, about 15th - 17th century. Worn surface, with modern hooks for hanging on a wall. Buchdeckel mit seltener Darstellung. Tibet, ca. 15. - 17. Jh. H 28cm, B 70,3cm, T 3,6cm. Holz, vergoldet, mit hohem Relief. Dargestellt sind drei Throne mit schlichten toranas (B?gen): im Zentrum bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara Chaturbhuja, mit Mala und Lotusblume in zwei H?nden, links von ihm Vajrapani in pratyalidhasana und rechts bodhisattva Manjushri, an den Seiten flankiert von zwei anbetenden Lamas (?). Zwischen den Thronen dekoratives Rankenmuster. Unter dem Avalokiteshvara zwei Schneel?wen. Rahmen mit goldenem "Wellen"-Muster. Auf der linken Seite des Deckels eine Stupa. Oberfl?che weitestgehend abgenutzt, mit zwei modernen Haken zum Aufh?ngen.
