Literature A similar celadon glazed ram from the Western Jin Dynasty sold as Lot 68 at Sotheby's London on May 16, 2018. Another celadon glazed ram figure from the Western Jin Dynasty sold as Lot 270 at Sotheby's Hong Kong on December 3-4, 2015. A 'vessel in the shape of a kneeling ram' from the Six Dynasties Period is in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, accession number 1991.253.2 (fig. 1). A similar celadon glazed ram figure is in the collection of the Beijing Palace Museum (fig. 2).
