A pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain cups dating from the 18th century and with wood stands. The exterior of the cups feature a pair of phoenix among floral tracery; the interiors feature flowers. The bottoms of the cups feature a 6-character mark. Dimensions: 1 1/2 inches tall X 4 inches wide; 3.8 cm tall X 10.2 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition Report Overall good condition with glaze pops to the rim of 1 and 2 iron pits to the other.
Provenance From Mr. Loh in Los Angeles, California; a family heirloom. This collection was acquired in Singapore by Mr. Loh's family over 65 years ago. It was shipped to the US following the death of Mr. Loh's mother.
