A Chinese hexagonal Zisha teapot encased in pewter dating from the early 19th century. The teapot features a jade finial, spout and handle. The exterior features inscriptions on both sides with a 2-character mark to the interior. Dimensions: 4 1/2 inches tall X 6 inches wide; 11.4 cm tall X 15.2 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition Report Star crack to the base of the interior with minor chips, dings and abrasions.
