Description Georges Omerth (1895-1925). Measure 6"in H .The life data of Omerth are unknown in the literature. He was a student of the sculptor Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse, was active as an artist from 1895 to 1925 and exhibited at the salons of the Society des Artistes Francais in Paris. Omerth made numerous figures and statuettes of children, men and women in the classic style, Art Nouveau and Art Deco style, the majority for the editeur d'art (art publisher) and picture founder Edmond Etling.
