Of large rectangular form, centrally painted with a male and female pheasant perched on rockwork amid blossoming peony and prunus, the sides with medallion cartouches on a diaper ground within a shaped edge, reverse with character inscription in iron red and signature in underglaze blue.
Length 24 inches, width 18 1/2 inches.
