Chinese celadon glaze jar, Qing Dynasty. The ovoid shape jar covered in an attractive pale celadon glaze, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark, with metal cover. Mr. David Wong was an accomplished civil engineer by training and worked in public sector from 1960s to 1990s. An avid collector of Chinese ceramics, jades, and wood carvings, he acquired most pieces in California and Asia prior to 2000s.
