A Chinese famille rose green ground vase. Qing Dynasty, Daoguang mark. The ovoid body rising from a spreading foot to a waisted neck flaring at the rim, painted with stylised lotus sprays suspending knots, all between ruyi and lappet bands, the foot encircled by a key fret band, inscribed to the base with Daoguang reign mark.
