Willard Mullin (American, 1902?1978). An original artist proof illustration cartoon, hand drawn c. 1961 in pencil and ink. The comic strip drawing references the difficulties of Kansas City Athletics G.M. Frank Lane (1896-1981) during his eight months with the team. Framed and presented in a black matte.
