An Exceptionally LARGE Chinese Neolithic / Bronze Age Impressed Pottery Jar with Oxford TL Test. This extremely rare and imposing pottery jar has a rounded base and the whole of the outer surface has been decorated with repeated coarsely-woven cord impressions. The inner surface bears the repeated impressions of a woven material, this from when the jar was made. Height 63.5 cm (25 inches), diameter 51 cm (20 inches). With Thermoluminescence Analysis Report from Oxford Authentication from 2010. Dating to around the 1st millennium BC, the late Chinese Neolithic / Bronze Age period.
