Chinese blue and white porcelain 'Gu' beaker vase, probably Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated with two registers of four lancet-arched panels of flowers on ogee foot, central leaf within double ring marks beneath, old sepia ink label 'a fine beaker vase richly painted in brilliant blue. Kang Shi c.1670. Ay Yei mark. Shaw Collection.', 25cm high (at fault) Provenance - By repute - Purchased from Christies approximately 50 years ago by the current owner, and restored at that date (Ex.Inf.Vendor) Condition: Upper section to a depth of approx 10cm has been broken into pieces and re built, clear white infilling inside neck, dark areas and join marks visible outside, would benefit from professional restoration, cleaning and rebuilding. No further damage beyond restoration, save for a few tiny losses to foot rim. Sold as seen. **General condition consistent with age
