Second quarter 19th Century oak and burr elm snap-top pedestal occasional table, the rounded oblong top of fine figure and patina, raised on octagonal stem and concave triangular platform base with bun feet, 49.5cm x 44cm x 70cm high Condition: Top has general cracking and little lifting to veneer but is of excellent colour and untouched patina. The snapping mechanisim to underside is siezed and so top does not lock into place. Pedestal is missing five of six mouldings where stem broadens, and all six mouldings where pedestal meets triangular base. Feet are generally dry and a little scuffed. Overall with benefit from minor restoration to mechanisim and replacement of mouldings but of pleasing original colour and patination. **Please see extra images and TELEPHONE department if you require further information.
