注脚
清 祥雲蝙蝠紋金鈿飾一件Hair ornaments with sumptuous filigree design were favored during the Qing dynasty. They were often attached to a wire and silk-woven hairnet called 'dianzi' worn by females in elite families. A piece such as the present example may have originally had inlay work of kingfisher feather. For discussion and additional examples of gold filigree hair ornaments used to decorate dianzi, refer to Chinese Gold Ornaments by Simon Kwan and Sun Ji (Hong Kong: Muwen Tang Fine Art Publication Ltd., 2003), p. 106, and pp. 546-547, pl. 184.
