A 20th century Japanese folding screen, Byobu, made in the traditional 17th century style, each of the four panels decorated with a tethered perching hawk in ink and colour on layered paper with gold leaf surround and black paper covered reverse, mounted in a lacquered wooden frame, 140 cm high x 200 cm wide?
