A Chinese wucai porcelain Budai from the late 19th century. The Budai has gold-toned skin and there is a 4-character mark on the bottom. Dimensions are: 6 1/4 inches tall X 6 1/2 inches wide, 15.9 cm tall X 16.5 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The Budai has a glaze pop to the nose, minor wear to the glaze, and chips to the feet. Provenance: From Mrs. Laham in Washington, DC area.
