An Edgefield District, South Carolina, Pottery Storage Jarattributed to Thomas Chandler Factory, circa 1850s, appears to be ten gallon size, celadon alkaline glaze with slightly rounded rim, flat arching handles, decorated on the front and reverse with a double kaolin slip-trailed looping drape, additional looping line decoration below each handle, unmarked. 19 x 13.5 in.
