Fine pair of Chinese Wucai vases, Qing Dynasty, late 19th century. Each having bulbous shoulders, a flared rim, short neck with fluted lip and a slightly footed or flared base, decorated with finely-painted figures in a traditional landscape on a white ground. The undersides each having a six-character mark in underglaze blue. H. 19 1/2 inches. W. 7 inches. Very good condition.
