Description Silver hammered Tibet , 19th century or later Dimensions: Height 11 cm , Diameter 16 cm Weight: 461,9 grams An intricately decorated bowl with circular base. The base is set off by a line a small incised flames and followed by a relief design of abstracted lotus petals in elongated shape. The pattern is continued on the belly but in reverse and in one smaller and one larger row. From the top half the belly is decorated with detailed incisions of floral ornaments, a flower pot with flowers in it and several relief cartridge with a flower and leaf motive. The edge of the lip is decorated with smaller flames and finished off with two lines. The inside of the bowl shows the negative hammering.
