Certificate number NP7162 registered Kermit Roosevelt's ownership of 100 shares of International Mercantile Marine Company capital stock on January 2, 1931. Cosigned by several bank officers, a transfer agent, and a witness recto and verso. The transfer of the shares to a brokerage firm in Detroit, Michigan was completed by January 2, 1936.
