Description American Federal chest of drawers. First half of the 19th century. Mahogany veneer on pine. Inlaid shell design on top. Ivory escutcheon with five cock beaded drawers. 45" x 46 1/4" x 19 1/2" Shipping: This lot does not qualify for in house shipping. We will provide a list of our preferred shippers. Condition: Abrasions and warping to veneer on top. Broken section of veneer in back right corner of top. Scrapes on drawers and side. Small section of missing veneer between 1st and 2nd drawer. Condition Report The absence of a condition statement does not indicate that the lot is in perfect condition, free from damage or does not show wear consistent with age and use.
