The successful bidder is obliged to pay within 7 calendar days from the end of the auction the auctioned item in its entirety, including auction commissions (25% Buyer?s Premium). All financial commitments towards the auction house must be settled with 7 days of the issue of the sales receipt, unless otherwise arranged. If the successful bidder does not pay the entire sum owed on time, then the auction house is entitled to charge a penalty of 0.05% of the total outstanding amount per day.
Payment of the purchase price, which is understood to be payment of the price reached during the auction together with the auction commission (25% Buyer?s Premium), can be made in the following ways:
a) in cash, in Czech Crowns or in Euro, for sums not exceeding 260.000,- CZK (or 10.000,- EUR. For conversion, the actual exchange rate for purchasing is set as 1 EUR = 26 CZK.

c) by MASTERCARD or VISA in person at our store - in which case there will be bank charges of 3% of the total purchase price.
Austrian, Vienna, circa 1685, important and very rare pair of flintlock pistols by gunmaker Jacques Lamarre (French, recorded Paris 1657–1700 Vienna, Austria), made for Ernst August (1629–1698), length 530 mm, barrel length 330 mm, 13 mm caliber, full-stocked pistol of burled walnut are carved with simple moldings and are inlaid with scrollwork of silver wire, the Ernst August's crowned monogram in silver is inlaid on the grip of the stock, richt decorated with silver and gold, flintlocks of the French type, signed La Marre A Vienne, richly decorated with engraving, iron barrel with engraved and gilded motifs, very nice condition, restored.
Jacob la Mort de la Mare was the Imperial Gunmaker - Kaiserlicher Hofbuchsenmacher - to the Austrian Royal Family between 1670 and 1700 although his work is mentioned previously in Paris and Prague as well as Vienna.
Note: Ernst August (1629-1698), Prince Bishop of Osnabr?ck ??(1662-1698), Duke of Brunswick - Lüneburg - Calenberg (Hanover) (1679-1692), First Elector of Brunswick - Lüneburg (Hanover) (1692-1698), came from the English royal family, from the Hanoverian dynasty and was the father of the later British King George I. (1660 - 1727).
