Description CHINESE EXPORT 'BLUE FITZHUGH' SCALLOPED RIM BOWL, 18TH CENTURY the circular bowl decorated with a central medallion enclosed by four floral groups and within a thin band and the wider rim in diaper pattern, the reverse with three floral groups, dia: 8.75 in.; together with a pair of small salad plates, dia: 7.5 in., and a pair of soup plates, decorated in the central roundel with pine, chrysanthemum and bamboo with stylized rockery within a diaper-patterned band and the scalloped rim with a thin band of alternating butterflies and diaper, dia: 9 in.
