Description A Byzantine enamelled gold belt buckle, circa 7th century AD, in the form of a roundel supported by leaves, on a hinge of gold moving balls, oval loop and curved tongue, the upper roundel worked with granulation and kufic letters on a cobalt ground, the leaves on a green enamelled ground and with red enamel detail, 6.9cm. long, weight?
