Description Two Kütahya polychrome pottery dishes, Turkey, second half 18th century, one painted underglaze in mauve, yellow, turquoise, blue and bole red, the other in mauve, turquoise, blue and bole red, both with black outlines, old labels to underside, one: 'Kutayeh XVIIIe, Anc. Coll. Kelekian' and 'Art Musulman, Joseph Soustiel, 146 Boul. Haussmann, Paris - 8', the other dish with faint label, similar to the other referring to Kelekian, each with one drill hole to foot, 18.5cm and 18cm. diam (2) Provenance: Ex-collection Dikran Kelekian (1868-1951), ex-collection Joseph Soustiel (1904-1990), ex-collection Lagonico, by repute.
