Meiji PeriodOf rounded rectangular form, the first with a group of egrets amongst reeds, the reverse with six butterflies; the second with a scene of a riverside village, the reverse with a monogram, both signed on the base with seal Nihonkoku Kyoto no ju Komai sei beneath a dragonfly; the third with a central panel of a riverside scene to the front, and peacocks amongst peonies to the reverse, on a dense foliate ground with scattered mon.The longest 12.2cm (4.7/8in).
