Republic periodRaised on five shallow feet, the surface with two raised bands enclosing the carved and gilt inscription: Qianlong fencai Tang Yin tiju, Yu Tang xianshi, da bihai - Xue'an's mi wan (A large Qianlong fencai brushpot, inscribed by Tang Ying called 'The Relaxing Jade Hall Brushpot,' - Xue'an's secret curio), fitted box. 19cm (7.1/2in) diam.
