Description With foliate rim, painted in the famille verte palette and gilt to the centre with the coat-of-arms of the province of Groningen, surmounted by a coronet, inscribed on the banderole as Groeningen and surrounded by birds, flowering branches and butterflies, the border with lotus petal-shaped panels of figures in gardens alternating with flower vases and jardinières on a diaper-pattern ground.
