Of circular form, the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot, decorated in shades of underglaze blue, the exterior painted with four roudels containing alternately deer and crane, a band of lappets to the foot rim and a border of auspicious objects around the mouth rim, the interior decorated with a hare in the well, the base glazed and with a coin mark and the four characters.
